1. The service
skilicious! helps you identify ski resorts that match your stated preferences. Results are produced by a deterministic matching algorithm and, where an OpenAI key is configured, supplemented by AI-generated text. Results are for guidance and inspiration only, not a recommendation to book a specific resort, hotel, or activity.
2. AI-generated content
Personalised explanations, hotel suggestions, and off-slope activity ideas are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, outdated, or hallucinated. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content. Always do your own research and verify directly with resorts and accommodation providers before booking.
3. Resort data
Resort factor scores and personality profiles reflect our best judgements at the time of profiling. Resort conditions, facilities, prices, and seasonal openings change. skilicious! is a starting point, not the final word.
4. Your account
We use passwordless (magic-link) sign-in. Keep your email account secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can access your skilicious! account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may use skilicious! for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download resort data or results
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the matching algorithm
- Use the service in any way that could harm, overload, or disrupt it
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
6. Ski safety
Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risks. We match you to resorts; we are not responsible for anything that happens during your trip, including injury, accident, or loss. Always ski within your ability, follow resort rules, and ensure you have appropriate travel and activity insurance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, skilicious! is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including reliance on resort recommendations, hotel suggestions, or AI-generated copy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after the “last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
